To make a purchase, you must provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We use third‑party payment processors to facilitate transactions, and by making a purchase, you consent to the sharing of information with those providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability issues, pricing errors, or other reasons at our discretion.

Free Trial Policy
Free trials are limited to one per person per offer. Any attempt to obtain multiple free trials—using different accounts, emails, or identities—may result in termination of access and/or charges for continued use. We reserve the right to revoke free trial access to prevent abuse.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and experiential nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for courses, programs, memberships, events, or services once purchased.
If you are unable to attend an in‑person or live event, tickets or registrations may be transferable at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued. If an event must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, your registration will transfer to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, a credit may be offered for future services, at our discretion.
There are no long‑term contracts. Offerings are either one‑time purchases or recurring subscriptions. If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is paid in full.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Vibe Studio LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or unauthorized access to your account.

You use the Services at your own risk. The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error‑free functionality, or specific results from using our Services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which High Vibe Studio LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Services after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
