2019

A few years ago, I was the “successful on paper” woman who was secretly depressed, anxious, overstimulated, and living in victim-mode. Personal development became my lifeline - mindset work, manifestation, nervous system regulation. And once I started taking radical responsibility for my thoughts, habits, and energy… things began to shift.

 

2020-2022

I began healing emotionally and energetically and manifested meeting my soulmate, the dream job, the car, the apartment, the travels, all of it. And in the process, I discovered my soul’s pull to help other women step into their highest potential.

 
2022-2025

So all while working full-time, I invested in coaching, mentorship, yoga instructor training, and built my business behind the scenes - plotting and scheming my way into the life I knew I was meant for.

 

2025

But eventually, the burnout hit. Hard.
Waking up exhausted, wired at night, overwhelmed by every task, running through my days on empty.

 

That’s when it clicked:
You can’t create your best life from a dysregulated state.

 

I used the tools I’d been collecting for years and rebuilt my system from the inside out - restored regulation, clarity, energy, and ease.

 

Now I help high-achieving, overwhelmed women do the same: regulate your system, reclaim your power, and create more without burning out.

 

Because you’re meant for more
and you don’t have to destroy your nervous system to get there.
