What NO ONE is telling you about stress...

 

Your nervous system is a communication network made up of your brain, spinal cord, and nerves, who's primary role is to assess safety and determine whether you can rest or need to protect yourself.

When stress arises (deadlines, pressure, emotional load, responsibility, news, social media, TV) your system shifts out of rest and into a protective state. Alertness increases, your body holds tension, and relaxation becomes more difficult. In short bursts, this response is normal and useful.

The problem is that many women are not experiencing stress in short bursts - they’re living in it continuously. 

But your system wasn't built for constant stress... and when it isn't intentionally processed, it affects sleep, focus, emotional regulation, hormones, immunity, and overall energy...

Living in a constant state of stress isn't sustainable, and it isn't necessary.

I created this program for the woman who knows she's meant for more
